LeveragePoint takes privacy and security seriously. Privacy and security policies for each of our applications (LeveragePoint for Marketing Strategy, LeveragePoint for Value Management and LeveragePoint Custom Applications built on the LeveragePoint Platform) are covered under the licensing agreements for each of these offers. This document covers only the privacy policy for our public website www.leveragepoint.com.

LeveragePoint may collect certain information about visitors to its site by using cookies or by inviting users to complete forms. This information is used for two purposes only.

1. To track navigation through the site so as to improve the users experience.
2. To provide relevant sales and marketing materials to users who request such.

LeveragePoint does not provide this information to any other entity under any circumstances except where it is required to do so by force of law or with the express written permission, obtained in advance, from the person involved.

Access to this information within LeveragePoint is strictly limited to people who are (i) engaged in website analysis or (ii) are directly involved in responding to requests for information.
